Sales Policy

Eagle Electronics, LLC reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. Original shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. We will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s).

We do not accept the return of non-defective merchandise after 30 days. Any non-defective item(s) return within 30 days with "Original Boxes & Packaging" will subject to 25% restocking fee. No return after 30 days from invoice date. Unless defective.

Unopened box items with the required RMA number can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date the customer received the merchandise. As soon as the returned item(s) is received and inspected to verify unopened box status, the customer will be refunded the item's purchase price less a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item's purchase price. Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

All products returned must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Eagle Electronics, LLC strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If merchandise arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Eagle Electronics, LLC (Eagleg.com) to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise, the original box and packing it arrived in. Notify Eagle Electronics, LLC immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Eagle Electronics, LLC of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 626-279-1511 or email us Sales@eagleg.com to arrange for carrier inspection and a pickup of damaged merchandise.

Opened ink cartridges and toner are non-returnable. You will not be credited for return of these products. The packages will be returned to you.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via email Sales@eagleg.com or call 626-279-1511. If you refuse a package without authorization, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed.

Eagle Electronics, LLC does not require a signature on all packages. There are instances where UPS carriers will use their discretion and leave packages on porches and doorsteps. By accepting our policies, you also accept responsibility for packages left by the carrier. You can use your tracking number to set up arrangements with UPS carriers if you do not want any packages left unattended.

Authority and location - You agree that any legal action brought against Eagle Electronics, LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole authority and location for any legal action arising from your use of or orders made on the Eagle Electronics, LLC site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Los Angeles, California USA unless Eagle Electronics, LLC waives such rights.
