Shipping Information

Currently Eagle Electronics, LLC ships across United State and Canada with some exceptions, please contact us if you have any questions about shipping to your country. We ship via UPS Service. The Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process. The shipping calculation is based on the weight of the product, the materials to ship the product, and the destination of the product. All orders must be shipped out within 24 hours after orders confirmation was sent to customers.

Please note that shipping times may vary with customer's location; while shipments should not take longer than listed below, they are sometimes faster. Please remember that count of business days begins on the day after the order ships and does not include weekends.

Problem With My Shipment?


If you encounter a problem with your shipment, such as the shipment never arriving or being delivered to the incorrect address, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to contact the shipping company and investigate the problem for you.

We ship out all orders by UPS carrier such as UPS Ground, UPS 3 day’s select, UPS second air.

Return Policy

All products we sell are comes with full manufacturer's warranty.

Most of products come with at least 12 months or more warranty. Please read the product manual for more details on warranty service.

Unopened box items with the required RMA number can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date the customer received the merchandise. As soon as the returned item(s) is received and inspected to verify unopened box status, the customer will be refunded the item's purchase price less a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item's purchase price. No return after 30 days from invoice date. Unless defective.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.

All products (unless noted on our web site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product (please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information included with your product). Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact the manufacturer if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA authorization number. To receive an RMA number, you must send your request to Sales@eagleg.com

RMA Form

Instruction: To request an RMA number for a defective product, please send your request to Sales@eagleg.com or call us at 626-279-1511. Once we receive your request, our RMA Dept will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form then just fill out the form completely and send back to our RMA Dept us via email or fax. We will issue an RMA number(s) for you to return.

Return Processing Time

All return item(s) must be process within 7 days after receiving the return merchandise.

If there is a happen with the return item(s), Eagle Electronics, LLC customer service agent will contact our customer immediately.
